I’ve worked in hospital settings for over 5 years, witnessing firsthand the difficulties that come with severe mental health issues. Through my experiences, I’ve been deeply inspired by the resilience of individuals who, despite feeling like the world is against them, continue to fight for their well-being. It’s this resilience that drives my passion for working with this population and helping people reclaim a sense of stability and hope.

In my sessions, I focus on creating a space where you feel heard, understood, and supported. I know that dealing with mental health challenges can make everyday life feel like a constant struggle, so I work with you at your pace, offering gentle guidance and practical strategies. I aim to help you feel empowered to manage your symptoms while also challenging you to expand your coping skills. As your psychotherapist, I’ve walked a similar path, navigating the challenges of anxiety and depression that once overshadowed my life. Having faced mental health struggles myself, I’ve gained a profound empathy for the experiences of my clients. My style of counselling is flexible, open and collaborative. Whether you’re new to therapy or well-seasoned, I tailor sessions to your comfort level.
